BRIDGEGOOD is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building the next generation of diverse design leaders. Our programs include UX Design Apprenticeship, cybersecurity training, and AI skill-building, all at no cost to learners.

Since 2011, we have unlocked over $69 million in career earnings for graduates and partnered with leading organizations like Adobe, Figma, and Google.

BRIDGEGOOD provides real world work experience that is community centered, employer aligned, and built for early career talent. Participants work on applied design and technology projects, create portfolio ready deliverables, and build the technical, human centered, and professional skills needed to move forward in today’s labor market. Our model is tuition free, rooted in belonging, and designed to reduce barriers while helping participants gain real experience, real confidence, and a clearer path to opportunity.
